Role - IT Engineer / L1 Engineer Location - PAN INDIA (Tier -2 & Tier - 3 Cities) Coordination and management of Links under RO, NAC endpoint, VPN, Proxy, IP Phone & VC, General shift- 9AM to 6.30 PM Diploma /Graduate in Telecom/computer field - 1 year-Experience. Monitoring the links under the R • Logging calls incase of link/ device failure • Liaison with BSNL/MTNL for down calls • Visit to branches for network devices installation in case of emergency. SCOPE OF WORK FOR RESOURCES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS a. L1 Engineers in Regional Offices i. Provide first level troubleshooting for network related issues in Branches, ATM sites (onsite and offsite) and escalate if necessary ii. Coordinate with branches and field support engineers of the NI and engineers of the link service providers for resolving connectivity issues iii. Handle link related tasks like - Commissioning of new leased lines / MPLS links, Shifting and realigning of leased/MPLS circuits, Upgrading of leased/MPLS circuits, Surrendering of circuits and other required link maintenance tasks iv. Coordinate with NOC engineers for resolution of issues v. Provide monthly/weekly/quarterly report on network availability within the area of operations. vi. Raise manual tickets if necessary for any issues and follow up for resolution Update branch about the status of the ticket viii. Responsible for LAN of Regional office building and coordinating with LAN Cabling vendor appointed by the Bank for issue resolution. ix. Provide network related IT assistance to RCC officers in Regional Office for commissioning of links at new branches, shifting of branches, closure of branches.
