You should possess a Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting intrusion and IP VDP system issues, utilizing your knowledge of network protocols, IP configurations, and video management software. A customer-centric mindset is essential, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction for customers. Familiarity with industry standards and protocols like SIP, ONVIF, RTSP, TCP/IP, and PoE is required. Occasional travel may be necessary for on-site visits, installations, and training sessions. As part of the role, you will provide technical support to customers, dealers, and field technicians through various channels such as phone, email, and remote access tools. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network components will be a key responsibility. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product OEM teams, is vital to resolve complex technical problems and implement effective solutions. You will also conduct remote diagnostics to identify system faults and guide customers through troubleshooting and resolution steps. Furthermore, creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and FAQs, is essential. Additionally, you will assist the training department in developing and delivering technical training programs for customers, dealers, and internal teams. Ensuring accurate and timely recording of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system is crucial for this role. The required qualifications include Graduation/Diploma in any relevant field, with 0-1 year of experience. The base location for this position is Ahmedabad.
