Deep understanding of PPA trade-offs and experience driving metrics-based decision making. Experience working across functional teams and global development environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SoC or FPGA-based design projects. Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools and design methodologies. Demonstrated leadership in team building, performance management, and talent development. Strong communication and organizational skills.
