Coordinatethe end-to-end filing process for Indian patent applications \u2014 provisional,complete specifications, PCT national phase, and convention applications. Trackand respond to First Examination Reports (FERs) and IPO notices withinstipulated timelines. Maintainaccurate IP records and track deadlines using internal IP management systems ordocketing tools. Liaisewith inventors, R&D teams, and external patent agents/attorneys forcollecting necessary documentation and declarations. Conduct basic IP duediligence and assist with the formalities check of applications submitted Requirements Bachelor\u2019sdegree in science/engineering or law . (Preferred: B.Tech, B.Sc., or LLB) 1\u20132years of hands-on experience with Indian patent filing processes . Familiaritywith all major Indian Patent Office forms and formalities . Proficient in preparing and filing Forms 1, 2, 3, 5, 18, 26, andothers . Strong understanding of the Indian patent system, timelines, and legalrequirements . Good communication skills for working with inventors. Proficient in using IP databases (InPASS, WIPO, etc.) and MSOffice tools. Support matters involving patent related information, mining, collation, analysis and transformation of complimentary pieces of information. You are expected to work collaboratively with engineering and attorneys in researching, analyzing and presenting key observations using analytics and presentation tools. You are expected to work on freedom to market, validity and landscape projects with a high level of diligence. You will apply significant product and technology knowledge of aligned business domain, and use the same to draft and prosecute patent applications.
