Role Overview: As an IoT Solutions Engineer (Internal Training & Onboarding) at DATOMS, your main responsibility will be to develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams. Your focus will be on enhancing the technical capabilities of engineers, customer success teams, and cross-functional departments by building a strong understanding of DATOMS products, IoT architecture, and implementation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Training Curriculum: Design, create, and maintain a comprehensive library of technical training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, video tutorials, and technical documentation. - Deliver Engaging Training: Lead and conduct workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions on the DATOMS platform, core IoT concepts (MQTT, Modbus), and best practices for implementation. - Build a Learning Lab: Create and manage a hands-on training environment with relevant hardware (microcontrollers, sensors, gateways) and cloud configurations to facilitate practical, real-world learning. - Become the Subject Matter Expert: Maintain an expert-level understanding of the DATOMS platform, from device firmware and communication protocols to our cloud architecture and data analytics features. - Bridge Engineering and Business: Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to stay ahead of new features, translating complex technical updates into clear, concise, and accessible training content. - Measure & Improve: Develop assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously refine the content and delivery for maximum impact. - Act as a Technical Mentor: Serve as a key technical resource for our internal teams, helping them solve problems and confidently articulate the value and functionality of our platform. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related engineering field. - Experience: 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in IoT solution development or a similar technical role. - Passion for Teaching: A genuine enthusiasm for mentoring, explaining complex topics, and empowering others with knowledge.
