Ensure relevant EHS records (e.g. policy documentation, risk assessments, safety data sheets, registers, fire drills and training records etc.) are maintained and updated as and when necessary. Act on employee complaints relating to Health, Safety or Welfare, communicate through the relevant company channels and bring to the attention of the concerned authorities as required.
