To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Science, with a minimum of 8 years of overall experience and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Your prior experience must include managing teams of iOS, Android, or Windows Mobile developers, along with proven design and development skills in iOS/Android/Appcelerator platforms. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of Windows Mobile and Mobile Web platforms, familiarity with technologies like PhoneGap, and the ability to create highly usable phone applications. Knowledge of web services, defining/designing web APIs for remote access, and proficiency in tools like Omnigraffle for application prototyping are essential. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to mentor team members are also key attributes for success. Desirable skills include familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and expertise in healthcare platforms. The industry focus is IT/Computers-Software, and the role is that of a Project Leader.
