A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as an L1 NOC engineer or similar role. Good network diagnostic skills. Basic Linux CLI and Basic sysadmin skills. Preferred having experience on one Network Monitoring tool and Cloud monitoring experience. Preferred working knowledge on Solar Winds, Cacti Azure Monitor, SCOM, Cisco UCS, Control Up, Citrix Director, Tripwire, LogRhythm, Dynatrace and Splunk. Willing to work rotational shifts including night shifts. Ability to assess and prioritise faults and respond or escalate accordingly. Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with issues to resolution
