As a Lead Engineer - iOS with 6-10 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to be a part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to creating innovative mobile applications. Your role will involve working closely with product and technical teams to deliver cutting-edge iOS products, contributing to impactful projects that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Your key responsibilities will include developing mobile applications for iOS platforms using Swift and SwiftUI, designing and implementing iOS UI features, collaborating with stakeholders to design high-quality solutions, participating in delivery planning and technical design evaluations, aligning business priorities with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high code quality through practices like unit testing, code reviews, and pair programming. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding less experienced team members. To excel in this role, you should possess 6-10 years of experience in iOS development with Swift, a strong background in object-oriented programming principles, expertise in SwiftUI and reactive programming, the ability to work on both iOS and Android apps using Swift and Kotlin, familiarity with Agile methodologies and Continuous Delivery practices, knowledge of unit testing, CI/CD approaches, and relevant tools, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience in coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
