Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain

  robust, scalable native iOS applications

  using

  Swift and Objective-C

  .
• Collaborate with

  Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers

  , and QA to deliver

high-impact features.

• Ensure

  compliance with enterprise-grade security

  , data protection, and

  regulatory requirements

relevant to the banking domain.

• Build and maintain reusable libraries and components to

  accelerate development across multiple

banking modules

• Optimize applications for

  performance, stability, and user experience

  across various iOS devices and

versions.

• Perform

  code reviews, unit testing

  , and follow

  best practices in iOS architecture (MVVM, VIPER,

Clean Architecture)

• Work within

  Agile teams

  and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and delivery reviews.
• Support the release process including

  CI/CD integration, TestFlight deployment

  , and

  App Store

submissions

Must-Have Skills

• 8 to 12 years of

  hands-on iOS development

  experience.
• Proficiency in

  Swift

  , with working knowledge of

  Objective-C

  .
• Experience in building

  secure, high-performance applications

  using

  UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data,

Combine, and related frameworks

• Proficient in

  RESTful API integration

  , debugging, GIT, and version control tools.
• Understanding of

  threading, memory management

  , and performance tuning for enterprise applications. Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum methodology

  , and tools like

  Jira and Confluence

  .
• Strong focus on

  UI/UX implementation

  , working closely with design teams to bring wireframes to life.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience working in

  Banking, FinTech, or other regulated industries (BFSI)

  .
• Exposure to

  security protocols

  such as biometrics, encryption, device binding, secure storage, and

  PCI

DSS compliance

• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools

  like

  Fastlane, Firebase, Azure App Center

  Bitrise

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Swift Package Manager, CocoaPods, or Carthage

  .
• Experience with

  Crashlytics, analytics integration

• Exposure to

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering

• Relevant Apple/iOS development certifications are a plus.
