Job_Description":" We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SeniorExecutive - Tender to join our team. The ideal candidate will haveexpertise in tendering, business development, and key account management withinPublic Sector Units (PSUs) and government procurement portals such as GeM, CPP,and other e-tender platforms. This role requires strong coordination skills tomanage tenders, bids, and documentation while collaborating with multipleinternal and external stakeholders. Requirements Manage end to end entire tendering process, including bid preparation, submission, and follow-up. Identify and track tender opportunities on GeM and various e-tender portals. Develop and submit technical and commercial bid documents in compliance with tender requirements. Conduct qualification analysis for tenders and address pre post-bid queries. Coordinate with sales, finance, technical, and legal teams to align proposals with customer requirements. Review terms, conditions, specifications, and technical documents of tenders. Generate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key bid-related information. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and customers. Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and procedures. Obtain and analyze customer feedback and performance certificates. Contribute to new business generation and strategic growth initiatives. Prepare clarifications and confirmations on the scope of works specifications for client submission. Attend techno-commercial (Pre-bid) meetings and understand the contractual terms conditions of the customer. Arrange DD/BG from accounts department for EMD, Tender Cost Processing fee for e-tendering, and ensure timely submission. Expertise in both online and offline bidding. Identify customer requirements through email and telephonic conversations. Responsible for vendor approvals in PSUs/State/Private Power utilities. Know how of procurement for solar BOM. Conduct post-award activities, including: Deeply studying LOA for both technical and commercial terms and conditions. Writing letters to the customer if any abnormality is found in LOAterms and conditions. Handling LOA acceptance formalities. Managing follow-ups including all mail correspondence, PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee), EMD release, and other deductions. Required Skills Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Tendering, E-Procurement (GeM, CPP, etc.), and Business Development. Strong knowledge of PSU tendering processes, including IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, CPCL, BHEL, NTPC, SECI, SJVN, MAHAGENCO, COAL, and other government agencies. Expertise in marketing operations, customer relationship management, and team coordination. Excellent documentation skills for bid preparation, technical specifications, and commercial proposals. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP software. Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in tendering for Oil Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Energy, and PSU companies . Key Competencies Certification in Non-Destructive Testing i.e. ASNT NDT level-II in VT, PT, RT, MT, UT etc. Certification in Welding Inspection CWI, IWE & Auditor certification in ISO 9001 will be an added advantage Experience about root cause analysis, corrective actions.
