The primary responsibility for this role is to lead Building Management System global projects detailed engineering as per country specific standards from India center of excellence. You will be independently executing projects throughout their lifecycle, including handling first level escalations. Your main focus will be following processes, maintaining required quality standards, and ensuring on-time deliveries to guarantee customer satisfaction. In this role, you will review MEP drawings to identify HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors. You will also review control specifications and sequences of operations. Your tasks will include generating initial review sheets and RFIs, creating Bill of Materials, selecting sensors, control valves, dampers, air flow stations, controllers, and handling control devices and controller wiring, terminations, and interlock wiring. Additionally, you will prepare I/O Summaries and be responsible for software programming of supervisory and DDC level controllers. You will create test plans, perform simulations, and deliver commissioning packages to the field from the India Engineering center. You will also review control specifications for SCADA/HMI requirements and sequences of operations, ensuring quality assurance and defect-free hardware and software package delivery. Adherence to all processes and guidelines to execute projects within the timeline is crucial for this role. We are looking for candidates with a Diploma or BE/ME in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics, along with 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Building Automation Industry or Industrial Automation. Japanese language proficiency with certification is a must-have. You should possess a strong knowledge of System architecture with various types of Operator workstations, Supervisory Controllers, DDC controllers, Sensors, and Actuators. Familiarity with different network protocols like BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC, and others is essential. Proficiency in wiring of starters, field devices, safety interlocks, and panels is also required. Experience in Industrial Automation (PLC programming/SCADA) will be an added advantage, as well as experience in engineering, installing, and commissioning HVAC & BMS systems. Being a quick learner with a keen eye for problem-solving, proficient in written and verbal communication, and demonstrating good leadership skills are qualities we seek in potential candidates.,
