Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end inwarding of grocery products at the warehouse/receiving center.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans against received stock.
Check quality, quantity, expiry dates, and product specifications of groceries.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of inwarding in ERP/WMS systems.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and coordinate with accounts for reconciliation.
Support closure of inwarding cycles, ensuring no pending discrepancies.
Assist in internal/external audits by maintaining accurate inwarding and stock records.
Handle recurring inwarding processes and maintain a smooth flow of operations.
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or delays.
Adhere to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards in warehouse operations.

Requirements

Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
3+years of experience in inwarding/receiving operations (preferably in grocery or FMCG).
Strong knowledge of grocery items, shelf-life management, and quality checks.
Experience in closure of inwarding, audit support, and recurring inwarding processes.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel.
Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
