Role & responsibilities Invoicing : Accurate and timely generation of invoices for all outgoing shipments. Inward Processing : Management of all incoming purchase materials, including verification and recording. Outward Processing : Supervision of dispatch and loading activities, ensuring timely and correct shipment of goods. Inventory Management : Comprehensive oversight of inventory for HTL South Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) items, including stock reconciliation and optimization. Logistics Coordination : Transportation and delivery schedules with external logistics partners. Documentation and Reporting : Maintaining records of all warehouse activities and generating regular performance reports. Discrepancy Resolution : Identifying and resolving any discrepancies related to incoming or outgoing shipments and inventory levels. Inter-departmental Coordination : Liaising effectively with both the factory and the sales team to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction. Sales Coordination: Sales coordination with HO Sales Team Preferred candidate profile Excellent Communications skills: Tamil & English Willing to work in extendable timings Should have own two wheeler to commute. Go-Getter Should be proficient in Microsoft Excel
