Job Purpose: This position is responsible for assisting with collection efforts for smaller customers within an established portfolio within Get Paid by using the established strategies and processes.This role will include administrative tasks (such as invoice delivery and problem/dispute resolution research/researching and updating contact information) for the overall Collections team by helping on special projects and other tasks.
