As a Visualizer & Graphic Designer at Interics Designs Pvt. Ltd., you will utilize your experience in working with Design Agency to contribute to our projects in Pune. Your role will involve employing multidisciplinary design thinking capabilities to cater to the dynamic market requirements and visually communicate the brand's values and image effectively. Your responsibilities will include working on various activities to establish a visual "brand" for the organization, such as Brand Design, Corporate Communication, corporate identity, websites, advertising, creative campaigns, and strategies. You will create visual communication for client/brand identity, packaging, and more, ensuring thoughtful intention behind every design decision. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing corporate communication materials like presentations, brochures, newsletters, event collaterals, posters, invites, event backdrops, advertisements, branding, and layouts. Listening to the brief provided by the client, project head, client servicing team, or account manager to understand the client's needs before making design decisions will be crucial. You will ideate and conceptualize on brand brief independently, developing creative ideas and concepts that are clear, persuasive, original, and brand-aware. Concept sketches will be part of your responsibilities, either solo or through brainstorming with project managers, to translate creative ideas into strategic and purposeful designs aligned with brand and marketing objectives. Ensuring the creation of quality designs for multiple clients within deadlines, taking approval from the project head post Artwork Finalization, and being involved in execution, including advertising material, print campaigns, and catalogues, are key aspects of the role. You will also interact with clients for pitch and campaign presentations when necessary, adhere to timelines and processes, and design for social media campaigns. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from a Design School and possess at least 4 years of professional work experience. A strong and diverse design portfolio demonstrating creativity and professionalism across various media is essential. Advanced proficiency in ADOB Cloud and Ai tools like Mid journey is required, with a strong preference for previous experience in a similar role.
