Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our pharmaceutical products and enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Manage company’s online presence including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms. Plan and run targeted advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Work closely with product management and regulatory teams to ensure accurate and compliant promotion of pharmaceutical products. Monitor and analyse performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights. Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging promotional content for digital media. Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital marketing and pharma regulations. Coordinate with external digital agencies/vendors as needed. Maintain marketing databases and support CRM initiatives. Ensure all digital communication complies with pharmaceutical advertising standards and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Life Sciences, or related field. 6 to 1+ years of experience in digital marketing; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is preferred. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies. Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory compliance for online promotions (e.g., D&C Act, FDA, etc.). Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with B2B pharma marketing. Understanding of medical terminology or clinical content is a plus.
