About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic/Visual Designer to join our high-performing Product Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse with a strong portfolio in both visual design and video content creation/editing. You will drive impactful visual storytelling across a variety of channels including presentations, marketing campaigns, social media, and product collateral. If you have a passion for combining design thinking with motion graphics and video editing, this role is a unique opportunity to shape how global enterprises experience iMocha. Key Responsibilities Design & Branding o Develop engaging visual assets for product marketing, including pitch decks, infographics, social media creatives, eBooks, landing pages, and display ads. o Maintain visual brand consistency across all touchpoints. o Translate complex concepts into intuitive, visually appealing graphics. Video Production o Plan, edit, and produce short-form videos (explainers, demos, testimonials, product updates). o Add motion design, animation, transitions, and audio to elevate storytelling. o Collaborate with stakeholders to script and storyboard videos aligned with campaign goals. Collaboration & Strategy o Work closely with product marketers, content writers, and demand generation teams. o Interpret briefs and propose creative solutions that meet marketing objectives. o Contribute to the evolution of iMochas visual identity and tone. Innovation o Explore design and video trends, tools (including AI-based design assistants), and industry best practices. o Test and recommend new creative tools, templates, and automation options for faster execution. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite: o Graphic Design: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign o Video & Motion: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Invideo AI Solid understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy. Excellent storytelling skills through motion graphics and multimedia formats. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or AI-powered design platforms is a must-have Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design versatility, and video production skills.
