Role & responsibilities Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) Coordination: Manage and oversee shareholder records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Work closely with the RTA for processing and maintaining shareholder information, including the transfer of shares, issuance of duplicate certificates, and updating of shareholder details. Ensure all necessary documents and communications are processed efficiently between the company and RTA. Investor Grievances and Follow-up: Serve as the first point of contact for investor grievances related to name corrections, address changes, or share transfer issues. Coordinate the follow-up of unresolved investor issues, ensuring that all grievances are resolved within the stipulated timelines. Assist in drafting responses and resolutions for investor complaints in a professional and timely manner. Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF): Coordinate with the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) authority to address issues related to unclaimed dividends, shares, or other investor-related concerns. Ensure compliance with IEPF guidelines and report unclaimed shares and dividends in accordance with the prescribed regulations. Assist in the process of reclaiming unclaimed dividends and shares for investors, as necessary. Shareholder Coordination and Government Liaison: Work with government authorities, regulatory bodies (such as SEBI), and other entities for the resolution of shareholder-related issues. Ensure compliance with all regulatory filings and documentation required by government agencies. Assist in coordinating shareholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and other related documents. Compliance and Documentation: Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations related to corporate governance and secretarial practices. Maintain and update corporate records, including the shareholder register, minutes of meetings, and statutory filings. Support the preparation of annual reports, compliance reports, and other statutory filings. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of all secretarial and investor-related activities. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and the board. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate
