As an experienced Investment Crypto Associate at the growing digital asset hedge fund, your role will involve conducting deep research on blockchain protocols, on-chain data, and crypto markets while assisting in the development and monitoring of trading strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source and evaluate investment opportunities across digital assets, DeFi protocols, and blockchain ecosystems. - Conduct deep-dive research into tokenomics, blockchain protocols, market dynamics, and on-chain data. - Build financial models and valuation frameworks for tokens and crypto projects. - Support the development, backtesting, and execution of market-neutral, directional, or arbitrage strategies. - Monitor trading performance and market conditions; refine strategies based on data-driven insights. - Prepare investment memos and research reports for internal decision-making. - Utilize platforms like Dune, Nansen, Token Terminal, Glassnode, Arkham, etc., to extract and analyze on-chain and market data. - Stay updated on crypto-related news, trends, and regulatory changes. - Take charge of junior analysts and play a significant role in the investment decision-making process. **Requirements:** - 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, asset management, consulting, or hedge funds. - 1+ year of hands-on experience in crypto - whether in a crypto fund, research role, trading desk, or personal active involvement in DeFi/CeFi markets. - Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills. - Comfortable working with on-chain data, tokenomics, and crypto-native metrics. - Familiarity with tools like Dune, Nansen, Glassnode, Token Terminal, or willingness to learn quickly. - Technical skills (SQL, Python, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory. - Self-starter, highly curious, detail-oriented, and capable of independent research. - Passion for crypto, digital assets, and financial markets.,
