Investment Banking Analyst

What You'll Do

• Build detailed

  valuation and transaction models

  to support mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
• Draft and refine

  pitch books, investor decks, management presentations, and board materials

  .
• Run

  company and industry analysis

  , including comps, precedent transactions, and market research.
• Support execution on both

  buy-side and sell-side M&A

  , as well as equity and debt financings.
• Coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and ensure accurate analysis under tight timelines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CFA/CPA a plus).
• 23 years in

  investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or Big 4 transaction advisory

  .
• Proven ability to

  independently build financial models

  (DCF, LBO, merger, comps).
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial statement analysis.
• Experience preparing

  client-ready materials

  such as pitch books, valuations, and transaction analyses.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
• Must be able to work

  full-time during US hours
