Role & responsibilities Build and develop strong relationships with institutional investors (both current and potential shareholders) and deepen the understanding of the pharma sector and the company Prepare periodic collaterals like quarterly earnings presentations, corporate presentations, and annual reports Oversee the arrangement and implementation of investor meetings / non-deal roadshows/investor conferences and analyst day of the company Develop and maintain strong relationships with sell-side analysts that cover the company and look for opportunities to further broaden the sell-side analyst coverage universe with high-quality institutions Track and analyse the shareholding pattern of the company periodically Work closely with the Public Relations team to ensure the company website is up to date Handle other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned
