You will be responsible for handling market feedback and vehicle diagnosis related to strong hybrid and electric vehicle systems, as well as conducting warranty parts analysis for hybrid/EV systems. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing FTA approach to solve complex market issues, performing 3G verification and simulation activities for defect reappearance, coordinating with multiple product owners and process partners for faster analysis and execution of quality improvements, implementing and monitoring countermeasures, and conducting competitor process and design benchmarking. To excel in this role, you must possess a good understanding of the manufacturing process and design intent of hybrid/EV vehicles" controller, BMS, inverters, and DC motors. You should have profound knowledge of hybrid/EV vehicle system functioning, strong knowledge of controllers" functioning logic and failure modes, understanding of the construction of DC motors, BMS, inverters, and high-voltage vehicle electrical systems, familiarity with QC tools and DOE, analytical skills, a logical approach towards problem-solving, and hands-on experience in resolving complex market problems and effectively communicating solutions to stakeholders and management. Ideally, you should have experience in analyzing strong hybrid/EV vehicle systems and parts. The educational background required for this role is a B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.,
