Inverter Assembling Technician

Job Description

Assemble Inverter Components: Accurately assemble various parts of inverters according to detailed work instructions, diagrams, and schematics. Soldering: Perform high-quality soldering of electronic components, including surface mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering, ensuring strong and reliable connections. Quality Control: Inspect and test assembled inverters and soldered joints to ensure they meet required specifications and standards. Troubleshooting: Identify and repair any defects or issues in the assembly or soldering process. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including completed work and any issues encountered during assembly. Tool Maintenance: Ensure all tools and equipment used in the assembly and soldering process are properly maintained and calibrated. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to optimize the assembly process and address any issues.
