Inverter Assembling Technician

As an Inverter Components Assembler, your primary responsibility will be to accurately assemble various parts of inverters according to detailed work instructions, diagrams, and schematics. You will be required to perform high-quality soldering of electronic components, including surface mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering, to ensure strong and reliable connections. Quality control is a crucial aspect of this role, as you will be responsible for inspecting and testing assembled inverters and soldered joints to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards. In case of any defects or issues in the assembly or soldering process, your troubleshooting skills will be essential to identify and repair them effectively. Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including completed work and any encountered issues during assembly, will be part of your regular tasks. Additionally, you will need to ensure that all tools and equipment used in the assembly and soldering process are properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance. Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines is paramount in this role to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Collaboration with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, will be necessary to optimize the assembly process and address any arising issues effectively.
