Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages, etc.). Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/WMS system. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to forecast inventory requirements. Identify and resolve inventory-related issues that may impact operations or customer service. Analyze inventory trends and suggest improvements in stock handling and storage practices. Ensure stock rotation practices (e.g., FIFO/FEFO) are followed. Prepare regular reports on inventory performance, KPIs, and variances. Comply with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines related to inventory handling.
