Job Description: As an Inventory Staff, your primary responsibility will be to manage and update inventory records using the company's system. You will need to possess strong data entry skills, have basic knowledge of inventory management, and be able to collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate stock-related updates. Your duties will include accurately maintaining and updating inventory records in the system, monitoring stock levels, generating inventory reports, coordinating with purchasing and sales teams for stock movement, conducting regular system audits to maintain data accuracy, and assisting in stock counting and reconciliation processes. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, proficiency in using inventory management systems and MS Excel, exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.
