Job Title: SAP Forecast to Pay (FTP) Functional Consultant Retail & Ecommerce Primary Scope & Responsibilities: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Forecast to Pay (FTP) processes in Retail and Ecommerce domains. Configure and optimize FTP processes to align with evolving business requirements. Deep understanding of procurement processes , including: Purchase Requisitions Purchase Orders (Standard, Third-Party, Contract) Stock Transport Orders (STO) and Return STOs Strong grasp of inventory management processes: Stock Transfers Physical Inventory Goods Receipt Inventory Segmentation and Stock Movements Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and document requirements for SAP and its integrations. Create Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and work closely with developers to implement solutions. Lead and support Testing, Deployment, Hypercare , and Knowledge Transfer activities. Mentor and guide junior consultants to ensure timely and scalable solution delivery. Requirements / Primary Tasks: 5+ years of hands-on SAP FTP functional experience in the Retail sector. Proven experience with SAP integrations (IDOCs, Batch Processing). Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging skills. Strong documentation skills for Business Requirements and Functional Specifications. Experience in developing test scenarios and scripts , and coordinating with development, SME, and UAT teams. Support solution deployment and provide hypercare post go-live. Ability to operate independently with a global growth mindset . Excellent communication and organizational skills
