The Supply Chain Planner Senior is responsible for managing daily supply chain operations across materials, production planning, logistics, customer order management (Domestic and Exports), and inventory optimization. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, inventory health, and production scheduling while supporting multiple product lines including Fuel Systems, MIW, and CES assembly lines. This is an onsite plant-based role and requires a physical presence in the plant five days a week to drive effective planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Note:- Although the role category specified in the GPP is Hybrid , this is an Onsite Role requiring 5 days/week plant presence for smooth operations and stakeholder alignment. Lead and manage the end-to-end order life cycle for medium to complex customer accounts (Domestic & Exports). Act as a single point of contact for customers, resolving queries related to order processing, scheduling, pricing, delivery status, and availability. Manage customer order planning, fulfillment, and supply chain performance for indirect materials and finished goods. Coordinate and execute PPC (Production Planning and Control) for multiple assembly lines (PCP1 lines, Fuel System, MIW, CES SU/DU). Drive resolution of order exceptions and customer issues in a timely and effective manner. Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate mid-term supplier or customer constraints. Utilize materials planning systems (e.g. APS, PFEP, BI Dashboards) to manage supply/demand and drive data-based decision making. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Six Sigma projects to streamline planning processes. Mentor and coach junior planners, support onboarding and training of new team members. Ensure adherence to planning systems, tools, and internal control practices. Analyze and interpret supply chain KPIs to identify and act on performance gaps. Approve system strategy changes and planning parameter updates where necessary. Material Planning & KPI Management: Use dashboards and analytics to ensure parts availability, optimize inventory, and drive performance.x Additional Responsibilities Unique to this Position Education, Licenses, Certifications: Bachelors degree required in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
