Inventory Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Executive to manage spare parts, consumables, and accessories at the Ather Service Center. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely availability of parts, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the service team for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records for spare parts, consumables, and accessories in the system.
• Ensure timely availability of required parts for service jobs to avoid delays.
• Regularly monitor stock levels and generate purchase requisitions to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with vendors and procurement team for ordering and timely delivery of spare parts.
• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of parts in the warehouse/parts room.
• Issue parts against job cards and ensure proper billing and documentation.
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving parts to optimize inventory levels.
• Support the service team in identifying correct parts for repair and replacement.
• Prepare and share inventory-related MIS reports with the Service Manager.
