Inventory Distribution Planning

As an Assistant Inventory Manager at this company, your role will involve supporting inventory control, stock management, and supply chain coordination to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize losses, and maintain operational efficiency. You will need to utilize your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and coordinate with warehouse, procurement teams, and dark stores effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Planning the inventory as part of buying and replenishment logistics to maintain the targeted in-stock percentage. - Ensuring that inventory Days on Hand (DOH) is at the target level. - Coordinating with warehouse and dark stores for inventory movement for inbound and outbound processes. - Closing all documents for Goods Received Note (GRN) and inwards within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT). - Planning Management Information System (MIS) based on daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI). - Coordinating the logistics and ensuring the accuracy of open purchase orders, including vendor coordination, slot booking, and monitoring purchase order aging. Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of experience in inventory management, forecasting and planning, supply chain management, and replenishment within E-commerce, Supply chain, or Retail industries with experience in handling multiple outlets. Required Skills: - Strong analytical skills. - Attention to detail. - Effective coordination with warehouse, procurement teams, and dark stores. Preferred Skills: - Experience in stock management. - Supply chain coordination.
