Key Skills & Requirements: Experience in inventory/store management, preferably in Car spare parts. Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory management and related software. Understanding of automotive spare parts and their application. Good communication skills. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure efficient utilization of space and resources. Implement and maintain safety procedures to create a safe working environment for warehouse staff. Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor inventory levels regularly to avoid stock outs and overstock situations. Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct periodic stock audits. Work closely with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels based on production schedules and customer demands. Enforce strict quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to warehouse operations. Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the warehouse. Implement modern warehousing practices to streamline operations and reduce costs. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Address customer complaints related to warehouse and logistics operations promptly. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse-related data. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational metrics. Bachelor's degree in Chemicals, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

To assist Purchasing/ Inventory Control Associate in all aspects of purchasing for the company and for managing the inventory, distribution, and control of those items for all company locations. The person must assist in identifying the products that are to be purchased, identifying the most appropriate supplier for the products, confirming all aspects of pricing, confirming all deliveries, and maintaining an inventory control database. ? To act as substitute to Purchase Associate in absence of him/her and maintain the flow of work without any interruptions. Duties/Responsibilities: ? Assist Materials team to identify supply needs. ? Assist Materials team to Monitor & Control inventory levels by coordination with other departments. ? Assist materials team for maintaining stock availability as defined by Management. ? Assist in making Purchase Planning every month based on the consumption history and inventory level. ? Coordinate with Production to get WIP inventory reports on monthly basis ? Coordinate with Design team to highlight BOM related matters and engineering purchases ? Maintaining the Purchase Master entries and assist in preparing proposal for approval from Management. ? Maintaining records of outstanding Payments to vendors and follow up with Accounts to meet committed payment terms. ? To work towards achieving target of zero excess stock and non moving stock in inventory. ? To coordinate with materials team for accurate material arrival schedules and record ? Assist in identifying correct vendors and negotiate prices & terms of supply to save cost for company. ? Follow ethical & professional methods to transact with suppliers as per Sefar Values. ? Assist in making supplier evaluation and performance assessment as per defined schedule. ? Assist in purchase of supplies and materials according to specifications defined by user. ? Prepare and process indents requisitions and purchase orders for supplies of spare goods, stores/consumables, and equipment as per instructions of Purchase Associate. ? Assist purchase Associate to review purchase order, supplies, claims and contracts for conformance to company purchase policy as & when needed. ? Assist in Vendors development for materials, equipment or supplies, and assess them in order to determine product availability terms of sales and quality standards. ? Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc. ? Coordinate with warehouse for incoming material. ? Assist in preparing Purchase reports / Inventory Valuation Reports on monthly basis. ? MIS, Documentation & Process Support generating and preparing the various reports as per schedule viz. weekly, monthly, and yearly, etc. for evaluation and analysis for further decision making.Maintaining the documentation as per ISO & 5S standards Education: 1. Engineering, Industrial Management or other technical / BE / B-Tech.(Material Management is preferred)

Role & responsibilities He will support the Operations Department in Completing day to day tasks and tallying the stock kept at the godown Preferred candidate profile 1) Male Graduate with 2-3 years of Experience in inventory/stock control/ transport 2) Candidate Should be self-starter, proactive well conversant with Audit requirements 3) Good Knowledge of computer- MS-Excel, MS- Word Outlook 4) Maintain and update all data related to goods maintained at the warehouse/godown.
