Reduce the time to match demand and supply. Collaborate more closely with customers and suppliers and internal partners to rapidly share information, irrespective of time zones. Use appropriate process controls, leading indicators and measurement systems to drive action. Seek to eliminate waste in processes and then automate those processes. Collaborate on Process improvements within 4 key areas: Customer interface, Planning Execution, Network Design, Supplier Interface. Effectively Manage Part Transitions Effective Material Shortage Management and Optimal Inventory Management during Peaks/Valleys of Business cycle Develop synergy with various departments and promote effective co-ordination with the team members Report & present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, including KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and Operational Metrics Supports Annual Operating Plan initiatives for customer planning and is actively involved in continuous improvement efforts.
