Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and stores to understand material requirements. Track and follow up on material deliveries and ensure timely receipt at construction sites. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate for better pricing and service terms. Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, material rejections, or invoice mismatches. Keep updated records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance. Support the accounts department with purchase-related documentation for billing and payments. Monitor stock levels in coordination with storekeepers and suggest reorders accordingly.
