Job Title: Blue Yonder ESP Solution Architect / Developer Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site, 4 days/week) Work Timing: US EST Time Zone Experience Required: 10+ Years (Minimum 5 years in Blue Yonder ESP) Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Description We are hiring an experienced Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning) Solution Architect/Developer to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of supply planning solutions. The role involves end-to-end ownership of Blue Yonder ESP implementation and integration with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, MRP, MES, Datalake). The ideal candidate must have deep experience in planning models, solver logic (MAP), and technical configuration. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and implementation of Blue Yonder ESP solutions. Configure supply planning, inventory balancing, pegging, and constrained planning modules. Customize ESP engines based on supply network, demand signals, and capacity constraints. Interpret solver (MAP) outputs to ensure optimal planning results. Integrate ESP with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and other tools (MES, Google Datalake). Manage planning parameters, master data, and rule-based logic. Collaborate with business teams for requirement gathering and solution alignment. Support hypercare, continuous improvements, and knowledge transfer. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning. 5+ years hands-on experience in Blue Yonder ESP (JDA ESP). Strong knowledge of: MAP Solver Supply & Inventory Planning PL/SQL, Python, or Batch Scripting Control-M Job Scheduler ERP Integration (SAP/Oracle/Infor) Data integration tools (SAP PI, MuleSoft, Informatica) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work during US EST time zone. Preferred Qualifications Blue Yonder ESP or SCPO Certification. Experience with OIL scripting. Knowledge of SPARQ solver. Experience in dynamic deployment, BOM planning, load building. Exposure to Agile/Hybrid project environments. Familiarity with Demand Planning, Sequencing, Control Tower, or Anaplan.
