Inventor Draftsman

As a 3D Draftsman using AutoCAD software, your main responsibility will be to deliver Shop Drawing packages for facade/curtain wall projects and prepare material schedules. You will also have the opportunity to assist in the delivery of detailed facade tender packages. In this role, you will play a crucial part in monitoring modeling and maintaining direct communications with Architects, Clients, Engineers, Project Leaders, and other relevant stakeholders. It will be essential to update drawings as required and produce details of facade systems based on architectural sketches. Your role will also involve coordinating and monitoring submission schedules to ensure the production of deliverables within agreed timelines and budget. You will work closely with different parties to raise and resolve project-related issues that could potentially affect the documentation delivery. Maintaining internal document control of drawings and reviewing and evaluating design deliverables to ensure build-ability and compliance will be part of your regular tasks. You will liaise with the client's design team and specialist suppliers to guarantee that the work meets the required standards. To be successful in this position, you are expected to have at least 1-3 years of experience as an Inventor Draftsman. Proficiency in 3D design software such as Rhino, Sketch-Up, etc., as well as in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant tools, is necessary. Your ability to work under tight deadlines and your education background of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture will be beneficial.
