We are looking for a visionary and highly experienced Director of End User Computing (EUC) to spearhead the global EUC strategy, delivery, and innovation within our enterprise. You will manage and mentor global EUC teams across different time zones, cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, and enhance employee satisfaction through digital experience improvements. The ideal candidate should have over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 10 years in EUC leadership roles. Key Responsibilities: - Excellent knowledge of Software distribution and application deployments. - Working knowledge of configuration management software such as System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) & Intune. - Deep understanding of Patch My PC. - Proficiency in Inventory Management, Software distribution, Patch Management using SCCM & Intune. - Knowledge of Image Management using SCCM & Intune. - Ability to develop custom deployment scripts (VBS, batch etc.). - Understanding of Package server, Task server, PXE server concepts. - Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows server/client and Networking issues. - Ability to create custom scripts for inventory gathering from clients. - Handling test and release of applications and Patches using SCCM. - Generating custom reports using SQL queries or MYSQL. - Mid-level knowledge about SCCM & Intune infrastructure, primary site servers, secondary site servers, and distribution points. Qualifications: - 5-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. - Basic understanding of scripting technologies and batch commands. - Basic knowledge of windows server administration including AD, domains, policies, etc. - In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices. - Good communication and written skills.
