As a Legal-Operations Executive at Lawyered, you will be an integral part of our growing Legal-Operations Team. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our department and take on the role of Executive. This position will primarily be located at our Gurugram, Haryana Office, with the flexibility of remote work within India. Your main responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound leads efficiently. - Analyzing legal inquiries to assess the nature of the case in alignment with operational processes. - Participating in the client lifecycle and contributing to key implementation decisions. - Managing leads and clients according to departmental procedures. - Identifying relevant service deliveries related to legal tech products. - Coordinating operational tasks such as new business intake, billing, client service programs, and project planning. - Providing legal operations support to various departments within the company. - Collaborating closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. - Gathering feedback and testimonials from clients for quality assessment. - Assisting in due diligence, compiling legal documents, and maintaining a database as per organizational requirements. - Completing assigned targets as directed by the line manager or authorized personnel. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in the legal-tech industry, law firm, or independent chamber. - Strong legal knowledge, particularly in Criminal Laws, with proven experience in litigation if applicable. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Technological proficiency and familiarity with substantive laws and legal processes. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and a willingness to stay updated on legal developments. - Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Quick learning ability for new software applications and a solid understanding of Legal-Tech concepts. Areas of interest that would be beneficial for this role include: - Case briefing, client management, and legal document review. - Knowledge in Motor Vehicle Laws, Criminal Laws, Taxation Laws, etc. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, offering competitive salaries based on your experience and qualifications.
