As an Experienced Customer Care Executive for a USA based campaign, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of experience in an INT'L BPO, preferably, and must be highly proficient in the English language. Your work schedule will be from Monday to Thursday, either full-time from 6:30 PM to 5:30 AM or part-time from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. You should possess strong marketing skills and have a high level of English proficiency. This is a target-based role with incentives, and you will be working for 4 days a week in a fast-paced, competitive, and performance-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: - Call healthcare customers and provide assistance. - Verify essential details accurately. - Make more than 200 calls per day to meet targets. - Speak with a native, neutral American accent. - Achieve daily and monthly performance targets. - Demonstrate punctuality and discipline in all aspects of work. Basic computer skills are required for this role, and candidates must be residents of Vadodara as this is strictly an on-site position. The salary range for part-time positions is between 7000/- to 9000/-, and for full-time positions, it is between 22000/- to 25000/-.
