Responsibilities: · The primary role is to keep records of all incoming and outgoing transactions and to ensure that each transaction corresponds to the correct account · Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. · Managing accounts payable by processing invoices and ensuring timely payments. · Handling accounts receivable by generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances. · Reconciling bank statements, General ledger accounts, and verifying discrepancies. · Monitoring and recording all petty cash expenses, ensuring proper documentation for each transaction. · Verifying the validity of expenses and ensuring they align with company policies. · Preparing and supporting of Monthly GST returns · Preparing and supporting of Monthly TDS payments and quarterly returns. · Organizing and maintaining financial records and ensuring their accuracy. · Assisting in tax preparation and filing tax returns. · Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and laws. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally & Zoho is must with MS Excel skills). Thorough understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
