Performance Marketing Manager - US Market Location : Pune, India (Office-based | Night Shift ) Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : 2+ Years Company : Intewise Technologies Pvt Ltd About the Role Intewise Technologies is seeking a performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager - US Market with proven experience generating leads through Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) . This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital campaigns, knows the US digital marketing ecosystem, and can balance cost efficiency with high conversion outcomes. Your core responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads at a low cost per lead (CPL), driving measurable business outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns primarily through Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Manage campaign lifecycles using Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager , including audience targeting, ad creation, budget pacing, bidding strategies, performance tracking, and A/B testing Implement conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel Monitor daily performance metrics and make real-time optimizations to improve CPL and ROI Design and implement on-site and off-site SEO strategies to improve organic lead flow and search rankings Collaborate with internal designers and developers to improve landing pages and campaign funnels Analyze campaign data and present insights via performance reports to stakeholders Create weekly/monthly performance reports with KPIs and ROI metrics Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and compliance rules in the US advertising space Requirements Minimum 2 years of direct experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a lead generation focus Strong command of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager tools, including audience segmentation, remarketing, tracking, and reporting Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page and off-page) Experience generating leads for US-based clients or audiences Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar Basic knowledge of landing page structure, web CRO, and funnel design Excellent analytical and communication skills Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones Preferred Qualifications Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification Experience with Legal Leads and Home Services Leads is a plus Exposure to marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar Performance Expectations Deliver high-quality leads at or below CPL targets Optimize campaigns through continuous testing and iteration Ensure proper conversion tracking and attribution setup Achieve lead volume targets set in alignment with the sales team Communicate campaign performance clearly and frequently What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Flexible working hours and occasional remote work Exposure to international clients and real US-market campaigns Fast-paced, tech-driven startup environment with growth opportunities Support for continued learning, certifications, and career development How To Apply Please send your CV and supporting details, if any, to contact@intewise.com
