Interview Scheduling: Coordinate virtual and on-site interviews nationally and internationally. Records Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of interviews and hires. Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and tools like Calendly, Zoom, and Google Workspace. Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills. Clear and effective communicator. Adaptable and positive, comfortable in fast-paced environments. Experience scheduling across time zones.
