As an intern at our company, your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the high-quality standards of interviews and feedback review. This includes releasing the interview feedback on time according to the set SLAs and SOPs. You will be tasked with reviewing and analyzing interview videos to assess the quality of the video, technical questions asked, and their relevancy to the job description. A crucial aspect of your role will involve reviewing and analyzing feedback to ensure alignment between the video content and the feedback provided. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with panels for pending feedback and conducting necessary feedback editing. Your ability to communicate effectively and persuasively will be essential in politely convincing panels to complete their assigned tasks. In the event of any customer feedback on approved feedback, you will be required to revalidate the feedback and prepare a detailed report. Furthermore, you will play a key role in reporting any technical glitches in the feedback review and editing processes to the technical team. Building and maintaining positive relationships with panels, customers, and internal teams will also be a critical part of your day-to-day responsibilities. It is important to note that based on your performance during the internship period, there is a possibility of conversion to a full-time employee after 3 months.
