Role Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter with 37 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Gulf job market , familiarity with local labour laws, and experience working with clients or companies in the region. Manage end-to-end recruitment for Gulf region clients across sectors like construction, healthcare, oil & gas, IT, hospitality, and retail. Partner with hiring managers and client HR teams to understand role requirements and source suitable candidates. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates through portals, social media (LinkedIn, Naukri gulf, Bayt, etc.), and recruitment databases. Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate assessments, and feedback loops. Ensure adherence to Gulf labour laws, visa documentation processes, and employer protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 3 to 7 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years recruiting for Gulf clients or projects. Proficiency in using recruitment platforms like Naukri Gulf, Bayt, GulfTalent, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. Additionally, Dubizzle and Laimoon are also useful resources, particularly for UAE-focused opportunities. Hands on experience working on MSP’s, VMS model and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with Gulf region work culture and visa processes (e.g., GAMCA, MOFA, etc.). Understanding of employment laws and regulations for the designated region. Ability to manage multiple job orders and deadlines simultaneously.
