Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions. Partner with hiring managers and clients in the US to understand their requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Utilize various platforms such as job boards (LinkedIn,Dice,Career Builder,Monster, etc), social media, and networking events to find suitable candidates. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain an active pipeline of candidates to fill current and future job openings. Keep detailed records of candidate activity, including interview feedback, job offers, and status updates, within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date with trends in the IT industry and US recruitment regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter , ideally with a focus on US-based clients. Knowledge of the US IT job market and experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles (eg, developers, engineers, data analysts, network specialists, etc). Strong sourcing skills, including experience with job boards, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and cultural fit. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with US clients and candidates. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously. Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting for IT roles in the United States .
