Compliance & Documentation Assisting in maintaining statutory compliance-related documents. Supporting audits and internal checks by providing necessary documents. 7. Reporting and Analytics Preparing reports related to attrition, hiring status, employee satisfaction, etc. Using Excel or HRIS tools to compile and analyze data. 8. Support in HR Projects Assisting in HR digital transformation, process improvement, or employee satisfaction initiatives. Researching HR best practices for new policies or tools.
