Sourcing candidates and fill all the vacant positions in the company, through various channels like Job portals, Social media like Linked In , Watsapp groups, Internal and External References etc Planning interviews and selection process , including screening calls , assessments and F2F interviews Managing the entire recruitment process Design interview questions that reflect each positions requirements Counsel candidates regarding salary, company benefits and work environment Meet the TAT , monthly delivery targets and established standards of interaction and processes with candidates /clients /internal members Apply the knowledge and creatively network to build , manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent communities Effective Database Management and provide inputs of all candidates Resume and records Manage all the paperwork, documentation regarding hiring of a new employee Maintain good relations with past and potential candidates Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate with PG qualification in HR preferred. 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Function. Exposure to Engineering hiring for 2-4 years is preferred, though not mandatory. Ability and willingness to learn more about the position requirements. Hands-on experience with full -cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of MS Office is essential.
