The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing qualified technical professionals across various domains. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements from US clients or account managers. Source potential candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and schedule technical interviews. Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability. Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates. Build and manage a pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements. Ensure compliance with various US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.). Requirements: 6 months4 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Good understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
