Conduct end-to-end recruitment: resume screening, interviews, evaluation, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with technical teams to understand role requirements and build talent strategies. Manage and update ATS tools and maintain a seamless hiring process. Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche technical roles. Post and manage job listings across platforms and ensure high visibility. Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through timely communication and engagement. Coordinate hiring activities across different time zones (India & US). Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS data. Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends and emerging technologies. Key Requirements: Bachelors/Masters Degree or Diploma in IT, HR, or related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment . Strong knowledge of IT stacks, including Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, SAP, etc. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT) and productivity shortcuts. Expertise in Boolean search, sourcing tools, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles independently and under pressure. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including US time zone). Experience leading or mentoring a small team is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in recruitment or HR tools (LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Zoho Recruit, etc.) Experience hiring for US clients or international markets.
