Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter/Executive with 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the full hiring cycle, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining trackers, and supporting admin and HR operations when required. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen resumes using Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process Maintain and update hiring trackers and daily recruitment MIS Create and post job descriptions across portals Handle walk-ins and coordinate for urgent/critical requirements Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding and documentation Assist in employee attendance, leave, and admin coordination Support payroll inputs, PF/ESIC documentation, and basic GST invoice handling if needed Keep candidates engaged till joining and reduce offer dropouts Required Skills: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong in Excel and familiar with Google Sheets, VLOOKUP, etc. Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed Basic knowledge of HR operations (attendance, compliance) Time management and multitasking ability Familiarity with GST, PF/ESIC processes (added advantage)
