Key Responsibilities Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for roles such as trainers, front desk staff, sales executives, and operations personnel Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs Post jobs across portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and manage applications Conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews and schedule final rounds Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process Maintain recruitment reports and trackers Represent Teamfit at job fairs and recruitment drives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with ATS and job posting tools Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines Passion for health and wellness is a plus What We Offer Dynamic work environment with growth opportunities Access to fitness facilities and wellness programs Competitive salary and incentives Preferred candidate profile
